I have an MA in Integrative psychotherapy from The School of Psychotherapy and Counselling at Regents University, London. I understand that the most successful therapies have, at their heart, a strong, mutual relationship, and central to my work is my ability to develop and hold this collaborative experience for my clients. I offer a confidential, non-judgemental place to work through difficult thoughts and feelings, and in the process open up possibilities.
With over 16 years experience, I work with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, post-natal depression, problems within relationships, bereavement, workplace difficulties and more. If you are new to therapy, it can be very daunting, so we will take the time at our initial meeting to explore whether this process is right for you, what your hopes and expectations are and whether you feel I am the right person to embark on the process with you.
As well as my individual work, I am an associate of the Centre for Collective Trauma, working with peer support groups for those affected by collective grief, loss, trauma and disaster.
I am a member of the BACP (No 584296) and abide by their code of ethics. I offer both short and long-term work, in person, online and by telephone.
